Perennial Series Exhibition
My Perennial series of fiber and mixed media work will soon be on view at Artists’ Own Gallery in Lafayette, IN. The opening reception is Friday, July 2, 6-8 pm. These pieces have been good companions as they all came to life in my heart and home over this past strange year. They depict two seasonal states of being I observe in nature and, with less order and rhythm, recognize in myself: rest and reach. Works depict the curling inward toward winter to gather energy for the bloom of spring. I hope you will have a chance to come out and see them. Thanks for following along, everyone. - Susan
